Fresh Catfish Vegetable Soup Ingredients

1 leaf Pumpkin.
2 leaf Water.
3 Blended crayfish.
4 Blended fresh pepper.
5 Seasoning.
6 Salt.
7 Locust bean.
8 Palm oil.
9 Fresh catfish.
10 Bonga fish.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Wash your catfish with warm water or salt to remove the slime..
Step 2 Parboil the catfish for about 5minutes with seasoning. Drop from heat and place in a sieve..
Step 3 Wash your vegetables and put them in a sieve to drain water..
Step 4 Place pot on fire and add two cooking spoon palm oil to heat for about 2minutes..
Step 5 Add the blended fresh pepper, crayfish, bonga fish, seasoning,locust bean. Allow to steam for some minutes..
Step 6 Add the parboiled fish and cover to cook for some minutes..
Step 7 Add the vegetables and don't cover. Let it steam for minutes. Taste for salt…
Step 8 The soup should be pepperish because of the fresh catfish…
Step 9 Eat with swallow.
