Efo riro olowo pooku (vegetables soup) Ingredients

1 Ugwu.
2 Pepper (Ata rodo).
3 Tomatoes.
4 Onion.
5 Ginger.
6 Dried fish.
7 Dried prawn.
8 Pomo.
9 Stock fish.
10 Knorr.
11 Red oil.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Blend tomatoes, pepper, ginger and onions together, not finely blended. Slice onion and set aside.
Step 2 Heat red oil in pot on low flame add onion don't stair, add just one knorr cube, allow to fry for a minute or two then add the blended pepper. Cover n allow to cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3 Add about a cup and half of water, add the tomatoes paste, add pomo, stock fish, dried prawn, dried fish, two knorr cube and salt to taste and stair..
Step 4 Once it's well cooked, stair and fold in the ugwu leaf gently, don't cover let it cook for 2 min. And yes food is ready. Serve with any swallow of ur choice..
Step 5 You don't need up to #1500 to make this soup, ugwu #150,pepper and tomato #100, onion #50, paste #50, red oil #100, dried fish #300, dried prawn #200, stock fish #100, pomo #100….
