Chicken Shawarma Wraps In my stlyle๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ Ingredients

1 1 kh bonless chucken.
2 1/2 cup lemon juice.
3 2 tablespoons tomato sauce.
4 4 tablespoons plain yoghurt.
5 3 tablespoons white vinegar.
6 1 head garlic, crushed.
7 2 tablespoons olive oil.
8 1-1.5 teaspoons salt (or to taste).
9 1/2 teaspoon ground oregano (or thyme).
10 1 teaspoon paprika.
11 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder (optional).
12 1 pinch nutmeg powder.
13 6-8 pita breads.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Rinse the boneless chicken breasts with fresh cold water then cut horizontally into thinner cuts of about ยฝ inch,,,.
Step 2 Mix all ingredients in a blender, add to a bowl and mix well with the chicken, cover and let marinate in the fridge overnight..
Step 3 When ready, grill the marinated chicken using a grill for about 15 minutes on medium heat. You can also cook the chicken on a BBQ grill if so you wish. Once cooked, shred the chicken thinly and it's now ready to be wrapped into a Shawarma Wrap..
Step 4 Spread the chicken shreds along the diameter of a pita bread, spread a bit of Garlic sauce, add some salty cucumber pickles,jalepenos,, some French fries, and some grilled capsicum, roll and enjoy..
