Afang soup is a blended vegetable based soup prepared from a leaf called Afang with water leaves. Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash ur beef,smoked fish stock fish and periwinkle with hot water and salt.
Step 2 Spice the beef,smoked fish, periwinkle And stockfish with Maggi,salt,onion and grinded pepper..
Step 3 Boil the beef for 20minutes.
Step 4 When the stock water has almost dried you add crayfish,pepper and palm oil.
Step 5 Leave it to boil for 3 minutes.
Step 6 Add the waterleaf and leave for 3 minutes.
Step 7 Then add the afang With a pinch of salt.
Step 8 Stir and leave to boil for 2 minutes.
Step 9 Ready to serve.
Step 10 This soup is best served with Eba,semovita,fufu or pounded.
