|Approximately 1 kg of goat meat.|
|Approximately 5 of fresh pepper.|
|Take to taste of Salt.|
|Approximately 3 cube of knorr.|
|Approximately 1/2 cup of crayfish.|
|About 1 of cksp palm oil.|
|You need 2 bunch of waterleaf washed.|
|It’s 2 cups of slice okazi leaf (a fang leaf).|
Afang Soup is of Nigerian origin-a much-celebrated recipe from the efik ethnic group in the southern part of Nigeria -and often served at ceremonial occasions such as weddings. Cooking Step by Step
|Wash goat meat and per boil with pepper, salt and knorr cube.|
|Blend okazi and crayfish with the dry miller set aside.|
|Once the goat meat is tender add palm oil remaining pepper and knorr cube, stir and cover pot for about 3 minutes.|
|Add water leaf and allow it simmer for 5 minutes afterwards add okazi leaf stir and let it simmer on low heat for another 5 minutes then turn off the heat..|
|Serve with fufu, eba and co.|
