|Prepare 2 of big Stock fish.|
|About 1 kg of cow Meat.|

|It’s 4 pieces of fresh pepper.|
|About 3 of cksp Crayfish.|
|It’s 4 of cksp palmoil.|

|Put pot on heat,pour in the palmoil immediately is hot pour in the onion..|
|Fry for 40seconds,then pour in the sliced waterleaf.fry and be stirring at the same for 10-15mins..|
|Wash and pound the uziza for 2mins..|
|Add crayfish,pepper,crayfish,salt,maggi, fry for 5mins but keep stirring.pour in the meat and stockfish without the stock.|
|Pour in the uziza leaf and cook for 4mins..|
|Then lastly pour in the vegetable and boil for 1min..|
