Ingredients

1 About of Big bunch vegetable(ugu).
2 It’s of Big bunch waterleaf.
3 It’s of Small bunch ukazi.
4 Prepare 2 of big Stock fish.
5 About 1 kg of cow Meat.
6 Take of Salt.
7 It’s 2 of maggi cubes.
8 It’s 4 pieces of fresh pepper.
9 About 3 of cksp Crayfish.
10 It’s 4 of cksp palmoil.

Afang Soup is of Nigerian origin-a much-celebrated recipe from the efik ethnic group in the southern part of Nigeria -and often served at ceremonial occasions such as weddings. Afang soup; a delight to behold and to eat. It is a special delicacy of the Efik and ibibio tribes of Nigeria. Some parts of Cameroon bordering that part of Nigeria also enjoy this delicacy.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Cut and boil meat and stockfish with onion,maggi and salt.boil till is tender..
Step 2 Soak the all the vegetables separately.with enough water and salt..
Step 3 Put pot on heat,pour in the palmoil immediately is hot pour in the onion..
Step 4 Fry for 40seconds,then pour in the sliced waterleaf.fry and be stirring at the same for 10-15mins..
Step 5 Wash and pound the uziza for 2mins..
Step 6 Add crayfish,pepper,crayfish,salt,maggi, fry for 5mins but keep stirring.pour in the meat and stockfish without the stock.
Step 7 Pour in the uziza leaf and cook for 4mins..
Step 8 Then lastly pour in the vegetable and boil for 1min..
