2 Take leaves of Water.
3 About of Any meat of your choice.
4 Take of Dry/stock fish (or both).
5 About of Perewinkles (issam).

9 Take cubes of Seasoning.
10 About of Kpomo.

Afang Soup is of Nigerian origin-a much-celebrated recipe from the efik ethnic group in the southern part of Nigeria -and often served at ceremonial occasions such as weddings. Afang soup; a delight to behold and to eat. It is a special delicacy of the Efik and ibibio tribes of Nigeria. Some parts of Cameroon bordering that part of Nigeria also enjoy this delicacy.

Step 1 Wash your meat, season with salt, seasoning cubes and pepper..
Step 2 Put your meat on fire and allow to cook..
Step 3 While the most is on fire, wash and slice your afang aka ukazi leaves (now this may be a pretty difficult task, so you can have them cut in the market).
Step 4 After the afang has been sliced, put it into a mortar and pound (now this gives a better result than that which is blended with a machine).

Step 9 Add water leaves and palm oil. Cover and allow it cook again for about 3 minutes..
Step 10 Open the pot and stir again, then add the afang aka ukazi leaves..
Step 11 Stir again and bring it down after about a minute..
Step 12 Violà your afang soup is ready ❤❤❤.
Step 13 Serve with any swallow of your choice..
