9 Approximately of Palmoil.
10 It’s cubes of Knorr.

Afang Soup is of Nigerian origin-a much-celebrated recipe from the efik ethnic group in the southern part of Nigeria -and often served at ceremonial occasions such as weddings. Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Boil cow tail meat.
Step 2 Slice the waterleaves and ugu separately..
Step 3 Bleach palmoil,fry onion and waterleaves for 20mins,next is crayfish,pepper,salt,knorr cubes,smoked fish.after 5minutes cut both ends of periwrinkle wash and pour in.stir and leave on the heat.
Step 4 Finally is the ugu pour in and stir set down immediately..
