Step 1 First lets make paste for the rice..
Step 2 Put one cup grated coconut in the mixing jar by adding 3 dry red chilli deseeded, 1 tspn sesame seeds, green chilli and 3 tbspn peanuts..
Step 3 Now add two tblspn of water and blend it into semi fine paste..
Step 4 Now take a kadai and add 3 tblspn coconut oil in it..
Step 5 Now put 3 tblspn peanuts and saute it..
Step 6 But stirr it continously on low flame so that it does not get burnt..
Step 7 Now add 1 tspn mustard seeds..
Step 8 When it starts spluttering then add chana and urad dal into it..
Step 9 Stirr it continously till it gets brown in colour..
Step 10 After that add dry red chilli deseeded, hing, curry leaves and turmeric powder..
Step 11 Saute it by stirring continously..
Step 12 Now add the coconut paste..
Step 13 Stirr it while mixing it 3 to 4 mins..
Step 14 Now add salt and mix it again..
Step 15 Now switch off the flame..
Step 16 Now we have to mix this Coconut paste into cooked rice..
Step 17 So mix the Cooked rice into the Coconut paste very well so that they are combined to each other properly..
Step 18 Now it's ready to eat..
Step 19 Serve it with yogurt or chips..
