Bitterleaf soup Ingredients

3 cup washed bitterleaf. |

6 cocoyam (boiled). |

1 kg goat meat. |

5 scotch bonnet pepper(blended). |

4 knorr cube. |
6 |
3 tablespoon ground (crayfish). |
7 |
2 tablespoon palm oil. |
8 |
to taste Salt. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 |
Wash and boil goat meat with all the knorr cube and salt until soft for 20min.. |
Step 2 |
Add crayfish and pepper allow to boil for 5 more minute.. |
Step 3 |
Peel the cocoyam back,and pound with the oil until no lump is found,then add into the pot to boil and scatter.. |
Step 4 |
Add water if too thick.Then rinse bitterleaf with clean water and add mix everything together.. |
Step 5 |
Allow for 5 minute.Soup is ready.. |
