Bitterleaf soup Ingredients

1 Bitterleaf (wash squeezed several times and boil).
2 Ogiri (1 wrap).
3 Salt.
4 Seasoning.
5 Dry grinded pepper.
6 Grinded crayfish.
7 Stockfish.
8 Palm oil.
9 Goatmeat.
10 Cocoyam (boiled and pounded).

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Boil the meat and stockfish until tender.
Step 2 Add palm oil and let it continue to boil.
Step 3 Add crayfish, pepper and taste for seasoning. And add the ogiri.
Step 4 Add the cocoyam paste and let it boil.
Step 5 Add the boiled bitter leaves and stir.
Step 6 Boil for 10minutes.
