Cooking Instructions
Step 1 |
Fry the egusi with bleached red oil.. |
Step 2 |
Soak the dry fish with warm water and salt then rinse very well.. |
Step 3 |
Boil the meat and stockfish with salt,Onion,knorr cubes.. |
Step 4 |
Pour in the meat and stockfish,Pour in more water.boil it for 15minutes.. |
Step 5 |
Pour in crayfish,Fresh pepper and knorr cubes.boil for another 10mins then put salt and lastly bitterleaf. |
Step 6 |
After 5minutes the soup is ready to go down.. |
