Bitterleaf soup Ingredients

1 Bitterleaf.
2 Dryfish.
3 Salt.
4 Cocoyam.
5 Redoil.
6 Royco seasoning.
7 Crayfish.
8 Pepper.
9 Ogiri.
10 Stockfish.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Soak the shredded bitterleaves in warm water add salt and leave it there.remove bones from dry fish and stockfishand boil adding salt and onion.boil and blend cocoyam make balls of it and put in the boiling stock and dryfish add redoil and water..
Step 2 After fifteen minutes add salt,crayfish,pepper,royco seasoning and ogiri when is well boiled add the bitterleaves and boil gor 5minutes..
