Cooking Guidances
Step 1 |
Get ur bitterleaf.. |
Step 2 |
Wash and cut the leaves.. |
Step 3 |
Wash and squeeze again until the bitterness is ok for ur taste.. |
Step 4 |
Drain in a basket and set aside.. |
Step 5 |
Heat the oil, fry ur meat, grate the red pepper and onions, scotch bonnet. Stir-fry.. |
Step 6 |
Add a Little water and seasonings, allow to boil.. |
Step 7 |
Add the granded groudnut and allow to simmer for 10-15mins.. |
Step 8 |
Then add the bitter leaf cover the lid, low the heat, and allow to simmer for few minutes.. |
Step 9 |
Done.. Yummy. |
