Traditional tripe Ingredients

1 sheep or ox tripe.
2 chopped onions.
3 chicken stock cubes.
4 salt.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Place tripe in a big casserole pot and with enough water to cover it. Turn stove heat to medium and cook for two hours..
Step 2 Add chopped onion, salt and stock cubes to the cooking tripe, simmer for a further 30 minutes or so..
Step 3 Serve with steamed bread or samp and beans..
