Banga soup Ingredients

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 |
Boil Palm fruits for 10 min. |
Step 2 |
Strain the water, pound it using motar and pestle. |
Step 3 |
Add a little water use a sieve to extract the juice in to your cooking pot. |
Step 4 |
Allow to boil for 15min,by then it will be thicker. |
Step 5 |
Add precooked beef, onions,add freash fish, frcrayfish,ogiri, Banga spices,scent leaf,chilly pepper and salt to taste cover allow to cook and serve. |
