African Dish: Banga Soup

Banga Soup Ingredients

1 Banga Extract.
2 Okpei.
3 Ground Crayfish.
4 Stock Fish.
5 Dried Fish.
6 Seasoning.
7 Pepper.
8 Salt.
9 Onions.
10 Tomato Puree.
11 Sliced Scent.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Soak dried fish in water,remove bones,wash stock fish,season and parboil,set aside,cook palm oil extract till thick,while cooking,add tomato puree to remove the bland taste,when it thickens,add all ingredients, except scent leaf, taste to adjust with salt,add scent leaf last stir,cook for a minute,turn off heat,enjoy with rice..or fav carb.
