Traditional Fried Chicken Ingredients

1 Chicken (or 1 Kg), cut small or medium.
2 desiccated coconut.
3 bay leaves.
4 water.
5 Oil for frying.
6 Spices need to be blend into paste form:.

8 garlic.
9 turmeric or 1 tsp turmeric powder.
10 ginger.
11 galangal or dried galangal.
12 coriander powder.
13 salt.
14 chicken stock powder (optional).
15 lemongrass.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Clean and cut the chicken as you want, then put it in the pot..
