Banga soup Ingredients

1 mudu of banga.
2 Any meat of ur choice (beef, chicken, assorted etc).
3 Smoked fish.
4 Periwinkles (optional).
5 Crayfish.
6 Onions and pepper.
7 African nut.
8 Uziza.
9 Water leave, bitter leave, ugwu(optional).
10 Maggi, salt.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash and boil ur banga until it becomes soft… Use a mortal and a pastle to mash it until it start bring put juice use sieve to extract the juice into a clean pot….
Step 2 Put the pot on the fire add ur grinded pepper and d blended spices and allow to boil out. Add ur smoked fish, periwinkles maggi and salt and still slow to boil.
Step 3 Add the meat and other ingredients… Add the leaves and the blended onions and crayfish as the last. Gbam.. Ur bangs soup is ready.. It can be eaten with starch, eba, rice etc.
