Cooking Guidances
Step 1 |
Wash boil and pound the palm fruit then add water and sieve out juice. |
Step 2 |
Then pour the juice in a pot and boil, add the diced onions and beletientien leaves. |
Step 3 |
Let it boil until the banga is almost thick, than add dry pepper and banga spices. |
Step 4 |
Put in the presalted fish. |
Step 5 |
Add seasoning and salt. |

And cover to cook until the fish is cooked. |
