Banga soup Ingredients

1 mudu palm fruit (cook and pound to extract liquid).
2 banga soup spices.
3 pepper.
4 leg cowleg.
5 chicken.
6 beef.
7 knorr.
8 salt.
9 small onions.
10 little dry bitter.
11 dried atama.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Add the pounded banga liquid into a pot and cook.
Step 2 Meanwhile cook the beef,cowl,chicken until soft.
Step 3 Add the meat into the boiled banga liquid Let it cook for some time.
Step 4 Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the banga is thick.
