Banga soup Ingredients

1 Palmfruits(agric and local).
2 Salt.
3 Crayfish.
4 Scent.
5 Pepper.
6 Knorr.
7 Meat.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Rinse and boil the palmfruits together boil and squeeze out the liquid with warm water.Boil the squeezed out liquid and boil uncovered for a longer time untill is thickens up(make sure when you want to squeeze out the liquid the warm water is not much).
Step 2 Season and boil stockfish and meat pour in the cooking banga.as the banga is getting thick,put crayfish,pepper,knorr cubes, and salt..
Step 3 Boil for 10 more minutes and cut the scent leaves in it.stir and banga is good..
