Season and boil the meat and stockfish,Boil the palmfruits squeeze out the liquid and boil with the stockfish and meat.. |

Add salt as is boiling when the liquid reduces and get thick,blend and add crayfish,pepper,okpei,boiled meat and stockfish.. |
