Coconut Rice Ingredients

1 . Cooked rice – 1 cup.
2 . Grated coconut – 1/2 cup.
3 . Coconut oil – 1 tbsp.
4 . Mustard – 1/2 tsp.
5 . Cumin – 1/2 tsp.
6 . Broken red chilli – 1.
7 . Curry leaves – 5 – 6.
8 . Ginger – 1 tbsp grated.
9 . Hing – pinch.
10 . Channa dal – 1 tsp.
11 . Peanut – 1 tbsp.
12 . Cashews – 1 tbsp.
13 . Salt – as needed.
14 . Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped finely.
