||Wash and dice your mushrooms, make sure you have the right type and not the posionous one.
||Boil it with a tablespoon or two of msherekha for 7-10 minutes.
||Drain the water, and in a separate pan fry the boiled pieces with oil, onions, garlic and salt until it's we'll dried and starts to turn golden brown..
||Add in your spices and give it a good mix then add your tomatoes, cover and let cook for 3 minutes.
||Add your cooking cream, mix well and cover for 30 seconds to one minute..
||Switch off your source of heat, stir it a little then serve with your preferred starch..
