Traditional mushroom Ingredients

1 mushrooms.
2 garlic, minced.
3 large onions.
4 large very ripe tomatoes, blended.
5 oil.
6 paprika.
7 Salt.
8 tumeric powder.
9 Msherekha (traditional Munyu).
10 Cooking cream or milk cream.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Wash and dice your mushrooms, make sure you have the right type and not the posionous one.
Step 2 Boil it with a tablespoon or two of msherekha for 7-10 minutes.
Step 3 Drain the water, and in a separate pan fry the boiled pieces with oil, onions, garlic and salt until it's we'll dried and starts to turn golden brown..
Step 4 Add in your spices and give it a good mix then add your tomatoes, cover and let cook for 3 minutes.
Step 5 Add your cooking cream, mix well and cover for 30 seconds to one minute..
Step 6 Switch off your source of heat, stir it a little then serve with your preferred starch..
