Coconut jollof rice Ingredients

1 rice.
2 plum of tomatoes.
3 Scotch bonnet.
4 red bell pepper.
5 medium sized spring onions.
6 Garlic.
7 Black pepper.
8 Maggi (prefered maggi with doli).
9 Coconut milk.
10 Curry.
11 Thyme.
12 Meat stock.
13 Fish.
14 Tinned tomatoe.
15 Veg/oil.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Idan Ki wanke shinkafanki ta fita tas,sai kisa ruwa a tukunya ki Dora kiyi parboiling.
Step 2 Kiyi blending kayan miyanki I.e Attarugu,tattasai,albasa da tafarnuwa.

Step 8 Idan ya ida dahuwa sai ki sauke kiyi serving.
