Coconut fried rice with shredded chicken sauce Ingredients

1 basmati rice.
2 chicken breast.
3 Coconut milk.
4 Coconut oil.
5 Carrots.
6 Green beans.
7 Capsicum.
8 Onions.
9 Seasonings.
10 Corn flour.
11 Soy sauce.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Per boil rice, dice all veggies and set aside. In a pan add 2tbsp coconut oil, black pepper corn, onion,add rice and saute, add coconut milk and cover to steam for 7-10mins. Add seasoning,carrots and green beans, serve warm..
Step 2 In another pan, add oil, shredded chicken, spices, seasonings and stir-fry, add some hot water, add chilli sauce, soy sauce and corn flour to thicken,add veggies,Serve warm.
