Vegetable Coconut rice and fish Ingredients

Coconut milk. |

Crayfish/pepper/salt/seasoning. |

Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 |
Barboil rice,drain and set aside. |
Step 2 |
Wash protein, season,boil and fry. |
Step 3 |
Wash veggies and chop. |
Step 4 |
Put a clean dry pot on heat,add a little quantity of Vegetable oil and allow to heat. |
Step 5 |
Add onions, protein stock,blended crayfish and pepper and the coconut milk and allow to boil. |
Step 6 |
Add the already parboiled rice to the mix and allow to cook until the water dries up and rice is soft and tender. |
Step 7 |
Add the chopped veggies and turn off heat!. |
