Coconut rice with chicken stew Ingredients

1 Tomatoes.
2 Pepper/tatashe/onions/garlic and ginger.
3 Chicken.
4 Spice supreme.
5 Seasoning.
6 Coconut.
7 Rice.
8 Vegetables oil.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Blend tomatoes pepper onion and garlic ginger, tatashe. And boil till the water dries up.
Step 2 In another pot boil the chicken add spices onions, and seasoning cubes. When cooked bring it down and fry it in ur preheat oil and set aside.
Step 3 Add the hot oil to a pot and fry the blended tomatoes when fried add the chicken stock, spice and seasoning cubes and allow to boil.
Step 4 Pretty boil the rice while grading the coconut and add hot water to it seive and wash the rice and use the coconut milk to cook the rice and taste the difference.
