Ingredients

1 You need 500 gms of chicken.
2 It’s 1 of onion chopped.
3 Take 1 tsp of ginger paste.
4 You need 1 tsp of garlic paste.
5 It’s 2 tbsp of curd.
6 Take 2 tbsp of tomato puree.
7 Take 7-8 of cashewnuts.
8 It’s 1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds.
9 Approximately 1 tbsp of kasoori methi.
10 Prepare 2 of green cardamoms.
11 Prepare 4-5 of cloves.
12 About 1 stick of cinnamon.
13 Approximately 1 tsp of kitchen king masala.
14 Prepare 1/2 tsp of garam masala.
15 Approximately 1 tbsp of fresh cream or malai.
16 You need 1 tbsp of ghee.
17 You need 2 tbsp of refined oil.
18 Take 1 tsp of kashmiri red chilli powder.
19 Approximately 1 tbsp of coriander leaves chopped.
20 Prepare 4 of slit green chillies.
21 You need 1/4 th tsp of cumin seeds.
22 Approximately 1/4 th tsp of ajwain (carom).

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Marinate chicken with salt and tomato puree for an hour.Make a paste of ginger and garlic, cashew nuts,sesame,curd and fresh cream.Heat oil and fry the onion golden brown and set aside..
Step 2 Add ghee and sprinkle cumin and ajwain and half crushed whole garam masala.Add the ground masala and fry.Add kasoori methi and kitchen king masala.This is the basic masala which can be fried and refrigerated for few days for use in any paneer or mixed veg or chicken dishes.Add the chicken and toss.Add water and cook in low flame till done and oil leaves sides.Add fried onion and toss.Garnish with chopped coriander and slit green chillies..
