|Add all the ingredients mentioned to a bowl and mix with the help of a spatula or a ladle. Milk depends upon the quality of the flour used. So use it accordingly. It must be a smooth but a semi thick batter. Do not knead like a dough. It's very sticky too. Keep aside well covered for about 30-40 minutes..|
|Since it's Summer season, the batter gets fermented very soon. Heat Oil on a low heat. Take two spoons and drop small balls of the batter into it pushing it with the help of another one.
