Ingredients

1 About 1/2 of Chicken (or 1 Kg), cut small or medium.
2 You need 2 Tbsp of desiccated coconut.
3 Prepare 3 of bay leaves.
4 Take 400 ml of water.
5 You need of Oil for frying.
6 It’s of Spices need to be blend into paste form:.
7 Take 1/2 of union.
8 You need 4 cloves of garlic.
9 Prepare 7 cm of turmeric or 1 tsp turmeric powder.
10 You need 2 cm of ginger.
11 It’s 3 cm of galangal or dried galangal.
12 About 1 Tbsp of coriander powder.
13 Approximately 1 Tbsp of salt.
14 About 1/2 Tsp of chicken stock powder (optional).
15 Prepare 2 stalks of lemongrass.
16 It’s 1 Tbsp of sugar.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Clean and cut the chicken as you want, then put it in the pot..
