Ingredients
1 | You need 1 of raw mango. |
2 | About 1/2 cup of raw onion finely chopped. |
3 | About 1 spoon of Jeera. |
4 | Prepare 1 spoon of red chilli powder. |
5 | It’s 1/4th cup of Coriander finely chopped. |
6 | About 2 spoons of Curry leaves. |
7 | Prepare 1 tablespoon of Asafoetida. |
8 | About to taste of Salt. |
9 | Prepare 1/2 cup of Jaggery. |
10 | Approximately 2-3 of Garlic cloves. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Peel the outer part of Raw mango and finely chop it.. |
Step 2 | In crusher add Jeera, Garlic, Red chilli powder, Coriander, curry leaves, salt to taste, Asafoetida crush it to the fine paste.. |
Step 3 | Add 1/4th cup of finely chopped onion and crush it. |
Step 4 | Then add finely chopped mango and jaggery crush it nicely.. |
Step 5 | Now again on top add remaining finely chopped onion and mix it.. |
