||Note, it'll take hours to cook this beans on a regular heat. But with Pressure pot, 30mins softens it..
||Pick and wash beans then put in pressure pot and cook for 15mins..
||Put off heat and allow pot to cool before opening. Strain out beans water, replace with clean water and return to cook for 15mins more..
||While beans is on fire, chop vegetable, pound or blend pepper and onions. Set aside..
||In your pot on fire, put in Palm oil and allow to heat up a bit..
||Pour your cooked beans(with a little water) and boiled goat meat into hot oil, stir fry for 5mins. Add your diced plantain, pepper, Onions, crayfish and spices. Mix well and allow to cook for 3mins..
||Add in your Aleho and Scent leave to cook for 2mins, then put off heat..
||Serve hot and enjoy..
