Efo riro Ingredients

1 Spinach (Allayahu).
2 Red pepper (attarugu).
3 Locust bean (daddawa).
4 Seasoning.
5 Palm oil.
6 Dried fish.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Put a pot on fire.
Step 2 Add Palm oil.
Step 3 Allow to heat.
Step 4 Grind your red pepper and add the content.
Step 5 Add your seasoning, iru and dried fish.
Step 6 Add water and allow to boil.
Step 7 Add your spinach to the boiling water and allow to cook for like five minutes on a low heat.
Step 8 Serve with any swallow of your choice.
