South African fried wings Ingredients

1 Salt to taste. |

1 Robinsons Chicken spice. |

1 Robinsons paprika spice. |

6 chicken wings. |

2 Large eggs. |
Cooking Instructions
Step 1 |
Wash your chicken wings.. |
Step 2 |
Mix eggs ,pinch of salt and paprika. |
Step 3 |
Soak your wings into the egg mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. |
Step 4 |
Mix flour and chicken spice together inside a plastic plastic bag. Add chicken and shake until wings are all quoted with flour.. |
Step 5 |
Remove from plastic bag and set aside for at least 10 minutes for the wings to absorb flour. |
Step 6 |
Heat the oil to about 180°. Toss your wings and fry each side for about 5 minutes. Keep turning the wings until golden brown.. |
