Efo riro with fish and shrimps Ingredients

1 Baby spinach.
2 Onions.
3 Scotch bonnet pepper.
4 Tomatoes.
5 Palm oil.
6 Seasoning.
7 Titus fish.
8 Shrimps.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Wash and boil fish and shrimps separately.
Step 2 Heat palm oil on a low heat and add your onions.
Step 3 Add your coarsely blended pepper(boiled till water is dry) and allow to fry a bit..
Step 4 Add seasoning to taste..
Step 5 Add fish and shrimps.
Step 6 Add your washed vegetables and allow to simmer..
Step 7 Voila! Serve with any dish you enjoy..
