Ingredients
1 | Prepare 4 of cooking spoon parboiled beans. |
2 | Approximately 2 of fingers Plantains. |
3 | It’s of Pounded pepper and spices. |
4 | About 3 tablespoons of ground crayfish. |
5 | About 3 of cooking spoons P.oil. |
6 | Take 2 of stock cubes. |
7 | Prepare 1 of big Onions. |
8 | Prepare of Efo (green leaves). |
9 | Prepare of Fried fish. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Cut plantains into small chunky rings. Set aside. Cut onions in cubes and set aside.. |
Step 2 | Cut efo(green leaves) and set aside too.. |
Step 3 | Put a dry and clean pot on fire. Add in oil and allow to heat up.. |
Step 4 | Pour in plantain and stir. Allow to fry a bit, 3mins then add in your beans. Stir fry for 3mins.. |
Step 5 | Add in pepper mix, crayfish, stir well so everything incorporates. Cover pot and allow food simmer for 3mins.. |
Step 6 | Remove lid and add in Efo and Onion. Mix well, add fish and allow for 2mins and put off heat.. |
