White Rice with Efo riro and plaintain #Oyostate Ingredients

1 rice.
2 vegetable (soko).
3 Titus fish.
4 Plaintain.
5 Palm oil.
6 Salt and Maggie.
7 Scotch bonnet.
8 Bell pepper.
9 Onions.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Cook your rice until soft with a pinch of salt.
Step 2 Wash your vegetable with salt and set aside.
Step 3 Rough blend the scotch bonnet and tatashe red bell pepper with onion.
Step 4 Put palm oil on fire, add locust bean and small chopped onion fry until Brown.
Step 5 Remove the locust bean and brown onion from fire and add another onion with the blend pepper.
Step 6 Add salt and Maggie.
Step 7 Add the Titus fish,stir and cover for minutes.
Step 8 Add the vegetable and stir together. Cover for more minute until done.
Step 9 Serve with any juice of your choice.
