Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 |
Place the washed meat, shaki, ponmo in a pot, add little Water season with salt, onions add 3 cups of water and cook till soft. |
Step 2 |
Add the dried fish, stock fish and cook for another 10 mnts. |
Step 3 |
Place a pot on heat, pour palm oil, onions, scotch bonnet and fry for some minutes continuously. |
Step 4 |
Add the boiled meat, shaki, ponmo, stock fish dried fish and allow to simmer then add daddawa and Cray fish. |
Step 5 |
Allow to cook for 10mnts and add ugwu. |
