Egusi Soup with Assorted Meat And stock Fish Ingredients

1 Egusi.
2 Palm Oil.
3 grounded pepper.
4 black pepper.
5 grounded crayfish.
6 knor cubes.
7 bulb onion.
8 big stock fish.
9 Assortee meat.
10 washed bitter leave.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash amd boil the meat and the stock fish.
Step 2 Heat the oil.
Step 3 Add the pepper and cray fish.
Step 4 Add little water and allow to boil.
Step 5 Add the mellon..egusi.
Step 6 Add the meat and fry.
Step 7 Add the bitter leaf.
Step 8 Add the seasoning.
Step 9 Add salt.
Step 10 Add water and allow to boil you can serve this with either rice eba or any thing you want….enjoy.
